Once you have completed your payment, please email info@fixmygearbox.co.uk with your name, vehicle registration, and proof of payment. We will verify your details and enrol you onto the warranty scheme.

3-Month Waiting Period
You can make a claim after 3 months from the start of your warranty. This ensures cover is genuine and fair for all customers.
Inspection May Be Required
If a claim is raised within the warranty period, we reserve the right to request a diagnostic inspection before authorising the claim.
Pre-Existing Issues Not Covered
Any faults or conditions that existed before the warranty start date are excluded from cover. The warranty applies to new issues only.
